TRE – Trauma Release Exercises

What is TRE?

TRE (Trauma and Tension Release Exercises) is a series of exercises that assist the body to naturally release deep muscle patterns of stress, tension and trauma. By utilizing the body’s internal tremoring mechanism (neurogenic tremor) the body will reduce its stress and restore a sense of well being.
